At 17:38 on Sunday, 25 August, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Tractor Fire in Ludlow.
3 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Craven Arms and Ludlow. An Operations officer was in attendance.
Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- Hosereel jet
Incident involving 1 Tractor and Trailer 100% damaged by fire also a trailer bailer 25% damaged by fire and approx 100 square metres of standing corn also damaged. 2 hose reel jets have been in use to extinguish the fire
