Request detail: 

Please provide a list of all facilities for Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service staff members to make written feedback or suggestions to senior management. As general examples, this answer could include (but would not be limited to) physical feedback systems like suggestion boxes, and electronic resources such as internal intranet forums (including 'rumour mills'), and dedicated feedback email addresses.

Please find below a list of methods and platforms that staff members can use to provide written feedback or suggestions to senior management. Please note that the Service is not limited to these facilities and that feedback on specific subjects is sought at the time using appropriate methods, depending upon the subject.

Suggestion box scheme;
Staff Surveys (electronic and physical);
Intranet/Portal Carousel (news area);
Mini Surveys;
Bulletins inviting/providing opportunity to comment;
Live Chat feature on the Portal;
Trade Unions provide feedback from staff.
