At 08:21 on Friday, 27 November, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Junctions 3 to 2.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Albrighton, Telford and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Highways Agency, the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

RTC involving 3 cars and 1 van. One casualty released from one of the cars.

At 23:20 on Sunday, 22 November, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Albrighton.

4 fire appliances including the Heavy Pumping Unit were mobilised from Albrighton, Prees, Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews were mobilised to reports of an alarm activating and visible smoke but it turned out to be a false alarm. The alarms were activating for an unknown reason and there was no sign of smoke or fire. No action was taken by Fire Service and crews were stood down.

RTC involving 1 car come to rest on its roof. 2 casualties were out of vehicle prior to Fire Service arrival and have been treated by paramedics.
