Hi
I've noticed you have "Taster Days" for LGBT, BLACK, ASIAN AND WOMEN.
Could you please tell me through the freedom of information act if you have any white, straight male days.

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request.
Under the Equality Act 2010 we are allowed to hold positive action for under-represented groups and as White, straight males are not under-represented in Shropshire Fire & Rescue Service we do not hold a specific Taster Day session for them. Taster days are an opportunity for under-represented groups in the fire service to find out more about working as a firefighter and to encourage them to apply for future vacancies. If you are unhappy with the way your request for information has been handled, you can complain or request an internal review of the decision. This must be done within 40 working days of receiving this response.
