At 15:30 on Thursday, 28 April, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet

One telescopic manitou fully destroyed by fire, two breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet, one fire lance and one covering jet used by crews to extinguish.
