At 11:37 on Thursday, 20 October, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Wem.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wem.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

This incident was a car fire, crews used two breathing apparatus, two hose reel jets, a thermal imaging camera and one misting lance to extinguish.
