At 12:14 on Sunday, 3 December, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Telford.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central, Tweedale and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

One saloon vehicle fully involved in fire caused by mechanical fault.
