At 12:22 on Sunday, 7 April, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Gobowen, Oswestry.

5 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Baschurch, Ellesmere and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police and a vet.

One articulated agricultural lorry on its side containing cattle. Assistance also from North Wales Fire Service.
