At 14:04 on Monday, 29 April, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Minsterley .

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Minsterley.

Reports of large plume of smoke. After investigations from crews this was a controlled burn with a responsible person in attendance. No action required by fire service.
