Fire In Open

Nr Hatton Court Nursing Home Telford

At 10:34 on Friday, 3 May, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Small gear
• Thermal imaging camera

Diesel generator in fire outside. Fire crews have used an extended hosereel jet whilst wearing breathing apparatus to deal with the fire and used small gear and a thermal imaging camera thereafter.
