At 19:48 on Tuesday, 21 May, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

Hatchback vehicle 50% involved in fire from engine compartment. Crews used 2 hose reel jets to extinguish.
