At 15:40 on Wednesday, 8 January, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Much Wenlock.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Much Wenlock.

Hybrid car fire which involved fire in front compartment. Fire crews used 2 breathing apparatus, 2 hose reel jets and thermal image camera.
