At 01:30 on Sunday, 2 March, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington. A Fire Investigation officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

This incident involved one van fully involved in fire. Crews wearing breathing apparatus used two hose reel jets to extinguish the fire.
