At 16:02 on Tuesday, 18 March, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Much Wenlock.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Craven Arms and Much Wenlock. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

One JCB Telehandler alight.
