At 13:51 on Sunday, 3 January, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Oswestry.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Oswestry.

1 van damaged by fire: extinguished before arrival of fire service: vehicle checked with Thermal Imaging Camera and damped down using 1 HRJ and 1 Breathing Apparatus set. 1 gas cylinder was removed from vehicle.
