At 04:52 on Thursday, 19 May, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Barn Fire in Woore.

4 fire appliances including the Heavy Pumping Unit and the Water Carrier were mobilised from Market Drayton and Oswestry. Operations and Hazmat officers were in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Main jet

Barn approximately 7 x 10 mtrs involved in fire. 2 breathing apparatus, 1 hose reel jet, 1 main jet in use.
