At 11:21 on Wednesday, 3 August, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Newport.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Newport, Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

One private saloon car in collision with three storey property. The property has been evacuated as a precaution and no persons trapped in the car. Crews are assessing and making the area safe. A structural engineer is in attendance
