At 07:44 on Tuesday, 28 February, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in SHREWSBURY.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Small gear

Vehicle fire caused by fault. Battery disconnected using small gear.
