At 12:12 on Thursday, 28 December, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Caravan Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

1 touring caravan 100% involved in fire. Extinguished by Fire Service Personnel. Crews now damping down.
