At 10:38 on Monday, 5 February, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Barn Fire in Bishops Castle.

3 fire appliances including the Light Pumping Unit were mobilised from Bishops Castle, Clun and Craven Arms. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Fire involving workshop, crews extinguished using 2 hose reel jets and 2 breathing apparatus
