At 17:45 on Monday, 28 January, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Newport Road, Albrighton.

4 fire appliances were mobilised from Albrighton, Telford Central and Wellington.

RTC involving 2 vehicles. One person released from rear seat of vehicle by fire service personnel using Holmatro cutting equipment. Two casualties in total assessed by Ambulance Crew on scene.
