At 15:01 on Tuesday, 26 February, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Church Stretton.

2 fire appliances including the Pinzgauer were mobilised from Church Stretton.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Knapsacks

100m of gorse alight. Beaters and knapsack fogging system used to extinguish.
