At 12:31 on Wednesday, 20 March, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Explosion Reported.

2 fire appliances including the Incident Command Unit and the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: a utility company.

Explosion reported which on investigation was involving an electrical sub-station. No fire involved - crews liaising with Western Power
