At 19:35 on Saturday, 30 March, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Shrewsbury .

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Bishops Castle, Minsterley, Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
