At 15:53 on Friday, 12 April, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as HGV Fire in Wellington, Telford.

3 fire appliances including the Water Carrier were mobilised from Bridgnorth and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

1 HGV trailer 40% involved in fire. Crews using breathing apparatus and hose reel jets to extinguish.
