At 16:09 on Monday, 29 July, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Animal Rescue in Telford.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
