At 15:55 on Monday, 2 September, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Rtc Persons Trapped in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.
