At 09:35 on Tuesday, 17 September, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

Crews have extinguished vehicle fire which was well alight - two breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets used. A5 currently closed westbound.
