At 21:39 on Saturday, 8 February, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire in Craven Arms.

3 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform were mobilised from Clun and Shrewsbury.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Chimney rods
• Hosereel jet

This incident involved a fire in the chimney flue which was extinguished by crews.
