At 14:24 on Monday, 13 April, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Rakes, shovels, mathooks

Fire involving approximately 130 tonnes of baled hay.
