At 09:49 on Wednesday, 28 April, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Bus Fire in Shrewsbury .

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Positive Pressure Ventilation

1 fire in the engine compartment of bus. Crews used1 HRJ 1 PPV 2 BA to extinguish the fire
