LGV Fire

in field near Rednal Industrial Estate, Site B

At 22:03 on Wednesday, 18 August, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as LGV Fire in in field near Rednal Industrial Estate, Site B.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Baschurch and Ellesmere.

Fire involving combine harvester in field, fire spread to include approximately 50 metres by 30 metres of crop straw. 4 hose reel jets, beaters and thermal imaging camera used to extinguish fires.
