At 21:37 on Sunday, 10 October, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Tong.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford Central.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Thermal imaging camera

Smal fire, out upon arrival, involving a burned out electrical component. Vehicle escorted to a place of safety to await recovery.
