On Monday 26th September a Celebration of Success evening will be held at The Theatre Severn, Shrewsbury for RDS Firefighters who have completed their recruit training.
The evening is a way of acknowledging the efforts of the recruits in reaching this stage of their development programme and officially welcoming them in to the organisation. The Chief Fire Officer and Chair of the Shropshire & Wrekin Fire and Rescue Authority, Councillor Stuart West will present the recruits with certificates and course photos.
During the evening the commitments of the recruit’s families and their employers are also acknowledged, with employers receiving plaques.
Firefighters who will be receiving presentations are: Daniel Green, Dan Lewis, Daniel Lawley, Kevin Reeves, Sarah Cartwright, John Butler, Liam Matthews, Adam Roberts, Ian Ramshaw, Steve Roberts, Matthew Page, Joe Burgess, Stuart Boffey, Paul O’Reilly, Ryan Weaver, Mark Anderson, Adrian Richmond and James Gilchrist.
The evening is open to all colleagues and their families, so if you would like to attend and support the development firefighters on this evening, you are all welcome. Number 1 undress uniform should be worn by all those who have it.
