Location:

The Hive, Shrewsbury Town Centre

The Unity project is an Shrewsbury Interfaith Forum initiative aimed at a children and young people linked to the Forum (through either members or affiliated places of worship).

Children and young people from the various faith groups in Shrewsbury are invited to take part in an afternoon of fun through art, crafts and technology.

The workshop will encourage interaction and sharing of ideas to produce a collaborative (large scale) textile hanging, which will be displayed at the interfaith fun day, made from recycled materials. The workshop will also be recorded on ‘stop animation’ and made into a film that will be shown on the interfaith forum website (http://www.interfaithshrewsbury.co.uk) and at future meetings. The project is led by professional artists and is free to the 30 participants.

If you would like to register please contact Steve Cunningham on 01743 252 361 or steve.cuningham@shropshire.gov.uk providing the name, age and contact number of participant(s).
