At 05:58 on Monday, 21 February, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Flooding in Oswestry.

1 fire appliance including the Water Rescue Unit was mobilised from Baschurch. An Operations officer was in attendance.

This incident involved a lorry stuck in flood water - Fire service personnel rescued one individual using the boat
