At 14:59 on Saturday, 12 March, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Wellington.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Small gear

1 horse carriage box with brakes overheating. Crews made the vehicle safe using 1 hosereel jet and small gear.
