At 18:38 on Monday, 18 April, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Wem.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Prees and Wem. An Operations officer was in attendance.

This incident involved burnt food in a microwave. The fire was out on arrival of fire service personnel
