At 08:02 on Saturday, 23 April, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Small gear
• Thermal imaging camera

This incident was a small fire caused by accidental placement of candles on log burner.
