At 20:05 on Sunday, 24 April, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as AFA in Ludlow.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Ludlow.

This was a false alarm caused by a faulty smoke detector. Crews replaced faulty smoke detector, goodwill advice given to occupier.
