At 14:58 on Tuesday, 3 May, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Whitchurch .

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Prees, Wellington and Whitchurch. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.
