At 01:45 on Sunday, 29 May, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Longden Road, Shrewsbury .

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Call to report of fire in electricity meter box inside house, which was found to be a false alarm caused by issues with the consumer unit. The incident was handed over to Western Power and no action was required by fire crew.
