At 12:34 on Tuesday, 31 May, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Shrewsbury.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

• 9/10.5m ladder
• Line rescue

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Air Ambulance, the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

One male casualty rescued by fire service personnel using two 9 meter Ladders, rope rescue kit and gas monitor. Casualty now in care of land ambulance.
