At 16:29 on Monday, 13 June, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as AFA in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington.

This incident was a false alarm caused by accidental activation of the break glass call point.
