At 18:30 on Thursday, 28 July, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire Persons Reported in Oswestry.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Ellesmere and Oswestry. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Reports of house fire which proved to be a false alarm.
