At 14:35 on Monday, 1 August, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Claverley.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Bridgnorth.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Rakes, shovels, mathooks

This fire involved two large bales, crews from Bridgnorth and over the border Wombourne used one hose reel jet and drag rakes to extinguish.
