At 20:13 on Wednesday, 3 August, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Fire involving tents, food waste and undergrowth. Aqua packs and hosereel jet used
