At 12:59 on Sunday, 14 August, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

This incident involved an area of grassland and undergrowth measuring approximately 20m x 10m. The fire was extinguished by fire service personnel using one extended hosereel jet
