At 13:35 on Monday, 15 August, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as LGV Fire in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Rakes, shovels, mathooks
• Thermal imaging camera

Contents of reuse lorry involved in fire. Crews extinguished and escorted lorry back to depot to check for hot spots
