At 18:45 on Monday, 15 August, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Telford.
1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford Central.
Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- Beaters
- Knapsacks
Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.
This incident involved four separate seats of fire in an area of undergrowth measuring approximately 5 square metres. Fire service personnel used knapsacks and beaters to extinguish the fire. police were in attendance due to concerns the fires were started deliberately.
